About The Position

R+L Carriers is hiring full-time Forklift Operators at its Waller, Texas service center. The role involves safely moving various types of freight into and out of enclosed trailers up to 53 feet long. Operators use a forklift on a roofed, non-climate-controlled dock. The position starts at $23.52 per hour and offers a Monday–Friday schedule with various shifts. Employees earn one week of vacation after 90 days of employment.

Requirements

• Forklift experience.
• Ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
• Ability to read manifests.
• Ability to read and interact with a computer display.
• Dependability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous forklift experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Some LTL experience.
