About The Position

Terzo Enterprises is a logistics company focused on the repair, refurbishment, and remanufacturing of pallets. The Forklift Operator uses a forklift to load and unload pallets from trailers and move them to the correct locations throughout the warehouse, in accordance with company and safety standards. The role involves preparing pallets for shipment, performing picking duties, maintaining an orderly work area, and operating equipment safely and efficiently. Forklift candidates must present OSHA forklift training certification before a job offer is extended. Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn while performing job duties.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must present an OSHA forklift training certification before a job offer is extended.

Responsibilities

• Use a forklift to load and unload pallets to and from trailers.
• Move pallets to appropriate locations throughout the warehouse in accordance with company and safety standards.
• Operate forklift controls to drive the truck and control the lifting apparatus.
• Pull and prepare pallets for shipment according to schedule.
• Keep facility equipment and materials clean, neat, and orderly.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently using prescribed work methods.
• Wear required personal protective equipment while performing job duties.
• Unload and load shipments safely.
• Perform picking duties efficiently and in accordance with customer service standards.
• Move, stack, and store pallets efficiently in designated areas.
