Forklift Operator (1st Shift)
About The Position
Epson is hiring a Forklift Operator for its Returns Receiving department on 1st shift. This equipment-focused warehouse role operates reach trucks, order pickers, and other powered industrial equipment in a clean, modern, 750,000-square-foot distribution center supporting products shipped throughout North America. Epson provides equipment training and certification. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:45 a.m. to 2:15 p.m.; some overtime may be required. The hourly pay range is $21.00–$21.50, depending on factors such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Successful associates may have opportunities to advance to lead or coordinator roles or pursue training opportunities.
Requirements
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in distribution or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and RF scanners.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate reach trucks, order pickers, and other powered industrial equipment.
- Load and unload trailers and containers.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
- Put away inbound shipments.
- Comply with safety and documentation procedures.
- Participate in cycle counts and maintain a clean work area.
