About The Position

This position is responsible for operating a forklift to load and unload pallets onto and off of trucks/trailers, and to move pallets and materials throughout the warehouse. The role also involves ensuring quality standards and processes are followed, production deadlines and goals are met, and reporting any issues or problems with production to the immediate supervisor. The operator will also be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery.

Requirements

• Certified forklift driver
• Ability to pay close attention to details
• Familiar with all safety procedures and guidelines
• Ability to identify problems or malfunctions with machinery and equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience in factory or warehouse is preferred

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets onto and off of trucks/trailers.
• Move pallets and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout the facility.
• Ensure production deadlines and goals are met.
