About The Position

The Forklift Operator position is a Monday through Friday role, operating from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with a pay rate of $18.50 per hour. This role is crucial for maintaining warehouse operations and ensuring the efficient movement of materials.

Requirements

• Certified forklift driver
• Ability to pay close attention to details
• Familiar with all safety procedures and guidelines
• Ability to identify problems or malfunctions with machinery and equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience in factory or warehouse is preferred

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets onto and off of trucks/trailers.
• Move pallets and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout the facility.
• Ensure production deadlines and goals are met.
• Report issues or problems with production to immediate supervisor.
• Operate and maintain machinery.
