About The Position
KDC/one is seeking a Forklift Operator in New Albany, Ohio. Forklift Operators support the company’s logistics flow by handling materials that keep production lines moving efficiently. The role requires Raymond Reach Truck experience and involves operating powered industrial trucks in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Raymond Reach Truck experience.
- Prior experience operating powered industrial truck equipment in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work around motorized equipment throughout the day.
Nice To Haves
- SAP experience.
Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks, including turret trucks and reach lifts.
- Unload incoming deliveries, stock materials, and track movements using handheld scanners or SAP.
- Pick up materials and components for production runs.
- Move unused materials or finished goods into inventory accurately and carefully.
- Complete daily PIT safety and maintenance checklists and urgently report issues.
- Assist with cycle counts, quarterly audits, and year-end inventory checks.
- Load outgoing trucks so customer orders are shipped on time and in full.
- Support and mentor new forklift drivers when needed.
