About The Position

The Forklift Operator efficiently moves products and materials to and from processing and packaging lines and trucks for transfer between plants. The operator carefully moves inbound and outbound material using the Company Mobility barcode system and reports issues with forklift functionality. This role also supports warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, production-line supply, and safe, compliant operations. New team members receive on-the-job training and are expected to demonstrate proficiency through the company’s Position Validation Program, which covers training, standard operating procedures, and performance validation. After successful validation, pay increases from the training rate by $0.75 per hour. Team members who do not validate at the first attempt must try again and pass within one week. Those who cannot validate within the first 10 weeks may move to a qualifying open position; if no such position is available, employment ends.
