About The Position

ROCKWOOL is seeking a Forklift Operator to join its warehouse team in Byhalia, Mississippi. This is a night-shift position scheduled Monday through Friday, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. The operator handles and tracks products and materials, maintains work equipment, and supports production plans and customer order fulfillment in a fast-paced team environment. The role is based in a clean, safe, and modern facility with advanced machinery, technology, and processes. Requirements

At least 2 years of experience operating a forklift, clamp truck, or pallet jack.
Organizational and analytical skills.
Basic computer knowledge and skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a continuous-flow manufacturing or industrial environment working with automated equipment is preferred.
Previous SAP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Load and unload products and materials from pallets, skids, platforms, trucks, lifting devices, and other transport sources while preventing product damage and ensuring accurate labels.
Manage inventory by tracking product locations and distribution, conducting physical stock counts, investigating discrepancies, and correcting errors.
Maintain work equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and serve as a first line of defense for process, mechanical, and technical issues.
Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Help ensure the correct product volumes are produced and delivered according to the production plan and key performance factors as part of the customer order fulfillment team.
