About The Position
Hubbell Lenoir City is recruiting a Forklift Operator to work a first-shift schedule of 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with mandatory overtime on Fridays and Saturdays as needed. The role involves operating and inspecting a forklift, performing bin-filling tasks, retrieving customer orders, and working collaboratively with team members. The operator must be able to manually lift and inspect products when a hoist is not required. Candidates must pass a background check and drug screening. Eligible employees may receive a $1,000 retention bonus after 90 days of employment.
