• Stand for long periods of time (8-10 hours per shift), including standing on moving equipment.
• Work at heights of 3-4 levels high while picking boxes from locations.
• Repetitive movement of the body on a regular basis, including reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, and lifting.
• Lifting of no less than 15-40 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment.

• Prior WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience
• SAP Experience is a bonus
• Prior lift experience is a bonus
• Prior RF Scanner experience is a bonus
• Prior inventory control experience is a bonus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Accurately put away, count, or replenish products per operational and automated system direction.
• Follow Standard Work Instruction properly to mitigate loss.
• Partner with or assist Inventory Control to resolve inventory and order issues.
• Continue to improve processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of product.
• Operate power equipment in a safe and proficient manner.
• Assist in slotting changes to optimize picking efficiency and space utilization.
• Occasionally assist Facilities with movement of boxes.
