About The Position

This role is for a 2nd Shift Forklift Operator / Pack-Out Associate, working Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. The position involves operating forklifts and other material handling equipment, transporting materials, packaging finished products, and maintaining inventory records. The associate will also assist with loading/unloading trucks and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Previous forklift operating experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
Must be able to frequently move, lift, and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
Support converting operations by moving materials to and from production areas.
Package finished products according to customer specifications and work instructions.
Label, palletize, wrap, and stage products for shipment.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
Verify quantities and inspect products for damage or quality concerns before shipment.
Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records.
Keep warehouse, production, and staging areas organized and clean.
Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Assist with other warehouse and production support duties as needed.
