About The Position

We are seeking dynamic and results driven Production Operators to join our Building and Finishing Haines City team. Forklift Material Handler - Responsibilities Operate forklift to load, unload trucks, and transport materials between departments and buildings Verify inbound and outbound materials (raw materials, finished products, supplies) against bills of lading and shipping documents; report discrepancies to supervisor Pull finished products from inventory, assemble orders, and prepare for shipment in accordance with company policy and customer requests Select, pack, and wrap products for shipment as needed Conduct cycle counts and inventory verifications; maintain accurate records of shortages, damages, and exceptions Perform day-to-day shipping and receiving activities to achieve On-Time-Shipping goals Maintain work location in excellent condition to comply with company safety and housekeeping policies Participate in Sika Safe program and comply with all safety standards outlined by company policy Assist Warehouse Supervisor and shipping team with warehouse management, scanning, and inventory control Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor and team lead

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Minimum one year of forklift operation experience
  • 4-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
  • Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work any shift and overtime as necessary
  • Working knowledge of PC systems and applications (SAP experience preferred)

  • SAP experience preferred
