About The Position

We are currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our team in Sterling Heights, MI. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining safety and quality standards. Overtime and weekends may be required based on production needs.

Requirements

• Previous forklift experience required
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks
• Move materials throughout the facility
• Supply production lines with materials as needed
• Transport finished goods to designated storage areas
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues
• Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Keep work areas clean and organized
