About The Position

We are currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our team in Sterling Heights, MI. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining safety and quality standards. This role offers various shift options with competitive pay, including shift premiums for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Overtime and weekends may be required based on production needs.

Requirements

• Previous forklift experience required
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks
• Move materials throughout the facility
• Supply production lines with materials as needed
• Transport finished goods to designated storage areas
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues
• Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Keep work areas clean and organized
