About The Position
Growing Warehouse Management Company is looking for qualified, bilingual Forklift Drivers (Stand up) to perform an array of functions that may include moving and/or organizing stock in warehouses, quality checks, pallet wrapping, material handling, loading, and unloading, and other functions. This position requires lots of walking and being on your feet for long periods of time. The role involves consistently lifting up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift, accurately scanning and documenting inventory, and leading by example to motivate and support team members. A clean, organized, and safe work environment is essential.
Requirements
- Forklift experience
- Quick learner with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for long periods
- Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills — must be able to read, understand, and speak English
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Drug-free work environment
- Attention to detail is a must
- Must have reliable transportation

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
