About The Position

Antolin is a leading global automotive supplier, specializing in the design, manufacturing, and supply of innovative solutions for vehicles worldwide. Their product portfolio includes trim, headliners, acoustic systems, lighting, and other interior systems, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and sustainability. Their products are utilized by many leading car brands globally. The mission of this role is to maintain and sustain production lines, warehouse, shipping, and receiving areas, reporting to the Warehouse Manager.

Requirements

  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and management.
  • Safety glasses are required to be worn at all times when on the plant floor.
  • Physical demands require standing, working in a manufacturing plant environment, walking manufacturing plant floor multiple times daily, bending, reaching, stooping, wearing required PPE, talking, working long hours and overtime including weekends and holidays as required.

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Automotive plant experience preferred but not required.
  • Warehousing processes including inventory, FIFO and visual aids.

Responsibilities

  • Feed Production Line: Ensure the Manufacturing Department is supplied with necessary materials for production, adhering to the First In – First Out (FIFO) method for all materials taken to the lines.
  • Empty all trash dumpsters/containers and trimmings produced during production.
  • Load & unload all trucks and provide assistance to the Material Handler Leader when requested.
  • Maintain FIFO in the warehouse and ensure all raw material is placed in the proper location.
  • Verify packing slips and quantities received match when receiving raw material, sign packing slips/carrier delivery receipts, and place material in the proper location.
  • Change all waterjet buckets when requested by production.
  • Place all Finished Goods in the proper location using FIFO.
  • Stack and place all skids in the proper location.
  • Keep packing supplied with material at all times.
  • Keep the warehouse clean.
  • Keep the compactor/dumpster area clean of any loose trash.
  • Maintain their forklift, performing daily checklists (Pf-015) before the start of the shift, and cleaning the lift when needed.
  • Participate in monthly and quarterly physical inventory.
  • Communicate with co-workers, management, customers, vendors and others in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Perform job in a safe manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Working knowledge on dock activities, shipping, receiving, window times.
  • Working knowledge of fork trucks and operations/maintenance management.
