About The Position

Growing Warehouse Management Company is looking for qualified, bilingual Forklift Drivers (Stand up) to perform an array of functions that may include moving and/or organizing stock in warehouses, quality checks, pallet wrapping, material handling, loading, and unloading, and other functions.

Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Forklift experience (Stand up)
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for long periods
• Consistently lift up to 50 lbs. throughout your shift
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Drug-free work environment
• Attention to detail is a must
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have a positive attitude
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills — must be able to read, understand, and speak English
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse cross dock or leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products safely and efficiently
• Accurately scan and document inventory
• Lead by example to motivate and support team members
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
