About The Position

Kelli’s is seeking an experienced, safety-conscious Cherry Picker Forklift Driver to support replenishment operations. The role helps maintain inventory accuracy and product availability by breaking case packs and restocking pick bins with individual products. The position operates primarily inside a climate-controlled building and is scheduled for 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM. Overtime opportunities are available and may be required based on business needs. Pay is $18.00 per hour, including shift differential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of Cherry Picker experience and comfort operating at elevated heights.
• Experience using RF scanners.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work full-time, 40 or more hours per week.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to stand, twist, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate Cherry Picker (Order Picker) and Stand-Up Reach forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Secure and transport loads at elevations of up to 30 feet.
• Pull and replenish products from overstock locations to pick bins, opening cases into individual units when needed.
• Handle products carefully to maintain accuracy and prevent damage.
• Use an RF scanner to track inventory movements and provide real-time updates.
• Perform regular equipment checks and report issues or concerns.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and protocols.
• Support general warehouse functions as needed.
