About The Position

Kelli’s is seeking an experienced, safety-conscious Cherry Picker Forklift Driver to support replenishment operations. The role helps maintain inventory accuracy and order availability by breaking case packs and restocking pick bins with loose product. The position requires comfort working at elevated heights, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The shift is 4:00 PM–12:30 AM; overtime opportunities are available and may be required based on business needs.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of Cherry Picker experience; must be comfortable operating at elevated heights.
Experience using RF scanners.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work full-time, 40 or more hours per week.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to stand, twist, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
Ability to successfully complete a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

Operate Cherry Picker (Order Picker) and Stand-Up Reach forklifts safely and efficiently.
Secure and transport loads at elevations of up to 30 feet.
Pull and replenish product from overstock locations to pick bins, breaking open cases into individual units as needed.
Handle products precisely to maintain accuracy and prevent damage.
Use an RF scanner to track inventory movements and ensure real-time updates.
Perform regular equipment checks and report issues or concerns.
Follow warehouse safety procedures and protocols.
Support general warehouse functions as needed.
