About The Position

PBD Worldwide is seeking experienced and highly skilled Forklift Operators for its Bolingbrook, Illinois Distribution Center. The position supports the supply chain by collecting, loading, shipping, and receiving warehouse products. The successful candidate operates technical equipment, optimizes loading for efficient logistics, and supports other warehouse functions to deliver superior service.

The role requires certification to operate at least one of the following: Reach Truck, EPJ, or Picker (SP3000/4000). The position involves working with RF scanning equipment, handling inventory and pallet quality checks, recording transfers in the system, and completing daily operator checklists. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Certified Forklift Operator.
• Certification to operate at least one of the following: Reach Truck, EPJ, or Picker (SP3000/4000).
• Mathematical aptitude.
• Good organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• High level of productivity and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, ship, and receive warehouse items.
• Optimize loads to ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage inventory using RF scanning equipment.
• Prepare skid tags and pick tags neatly and professionally as needed.
• Clean the assigned aisle throughout the workday.
• Remove pallet wrap from pallet-pick locations.
• Remove debris from bulk-pick locations when restocking.
• Perform distribution tasks as required by business cycles.
• Inspect and audit pallets for quality before putting them away.
• Record all transfers in the system by scanning moved items.
• Complete the operator daily checklist.
