About The Position

The Forklift Operator works under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor, performing essential warehouse operations in a safe, organized, and efficient manner.

Requirements

• Forklift operation skills (standard or high‑reach; reverse‑steer experience preferred for some positions).
• High school diploma or GED; some roles require a bachelor’s degree.
• English proficiency, inventory management skills, and basic math.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment with attention to safety and quality standards.

• Reverse‑steer experience preferred for some positions.

Responsibilities

• Drive standard or high‑reach forklifts, perform lifting, lowering, and maneuvering in tight spaces, and follow all safety regulations.
• Load and unload trucks and pallets, move products to designated storage areas, and stack vertically to maximize space.
• Use an electronic Warehouse Management System to track and control inventory.
• Maintain a safe, orderly storage area and keep assigned zones clean.
• Inspect incoming goods for damage, sort boxes by type, restack, rewrap, and repair pallets as needed.
• Complete pre‑trip forklift inspections and maintain daily records.
