Requirements

• Safely operate forklift and other material handling equipment (MHE) including sit down, reach truck, cherry picker, layer pick, etc.
• Complete daily forklift inspection sheet prior to operation of forklift
• Load inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers.
• Sort outbound freight based on carrier lane assignments
• Accurately pull orders based on location, part number, batch and quantity.
• Placard, weigh, and record dimensions on appropriate paperwork.
• Over-box pallets, wrap pallets and strap pallets in preparation for shipment
• Perform cleanup activities in the work area to ensure safety and cleanliness of dock.
• Keep shipping supplies organized and communicate on supply needs
• Complete other duties or tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Pulling orders and prepping them for outbound shipment.
• Loading and unloading freight accurately.
• Performing inspections and other warehouse-related duties.
• Ensuring all products are accurately pulled and over-packed correctly to customer expectations.

• Over-boxing, wrapping, and strapping pallets in preparation for shipment.
• Performing cleanup activities in the work area to ensure safety and cleanliness of the dock.
• Keeping shipping supplies organized and communicating supply needs.
• Completing other duties or tasks as assigned.
