About The Position

The Forge Machine Operator is responsible for operating forging machines to produce high-quality industrial fasteners. This role involves performing regular maintenance on machines, inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy, and adhering to safety protocols. The position is designated as safety-sensitive and requires a willingness to maintain a clean work environment and collaborate with team members to achieve production goals. Other duties as needed or required may also be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using micrometers, calipers, and preset gauges
• Prior experience operating forging machines
