Requirements

  • Actively enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Natural Resources, Forestry, Environmental Science, Conservation or Arboriculture.
  • Currently pursuing a technical related Bachelor's degree
  • Currently pursuing an Engineering-related Master's while having completed a Bachelor's in applicable field
  • Minimum GPA requirement of 2.7 or higher.
  • The selected candidate must be within a commutable distance from the assigned location(s) or willing to find accommodations.
  • This role may require reporting to an assigned headquarter.

Responsibilities

  • Inspecting and planning necessary tree work for a wide range of projects
  • Auditing completed tree work
  • Data collection, analysis, and input
  • Assist with tree inventories, vegetation management plans, tree removal assessments, and other utility forestry field activities
  • Potential storm-related events
