About The Position

Actus Nutrition is seeking a Foremost Operator to join the Adell team. The role involves operating and monitoring dryer equipment and related production systems, performing cleaning and CIP tasks, completing routine equipment maintenance, and supporting safe, efficient operations. The position is on the night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Pay starts at $27.50 USD per hour, with an additional $0.50 USD per hour night-shift differential; pay may be higher based on experience. The role requires physically demanding, hands-on production and cleaning work, including manually handling 50-pound bags of lime. Employees must follow established safety and operating procedures and may operate a company forklift after completing required certification. Requirements

Ability to safely perform physically demanding, hands-on production and cleaning tasks.
Ability to work independently and follow established safety and operating procedures.
Ability to manually handle 50-pound bags of lime as required.
Ability to obtain required company forklift certification.
Must maintain legal authorization to work in the United States throughout the duration of employment.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor dryer equipment, tanks, and Honeywell controllers.
Add lime to adjust product pH, including manually handling 50-pound bags.
Record required production readings each hour.
Perform manual dryer cleaning using tools such as an air hammer.
Operate CIP systems and use cleaning chemicals to clean equipment and finisher stacks.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Operate a company forklift after completing required certification.
Perform routine equipment maintenance and assist maintenance personnel with repairs as needed.
Complete additional production, cleaning, and operational duties as assigned.
