About The Position
Butterfield Electric, Inc., a family-owned company since 1985, is seeking experienced Electrical Foremen for full-time positions in Sacramento, CA. This role involves leading crews on high-profile commercial, multi-family, and industrial projects. The pay is up to $55/hour, based on experience, with potential for prevailing wage work. A company truck and gas card may be provided contingent on the offer.
Requirements
- 5+ years Electrical Foreman experience (REQUIRED)
- Proven leadership on large commercial projects
- Self-starter – run jobs independently or with teams
- Valid CA Driver’s License (insurable)
- Physically capable of manual work
Responsibilities
- Lead crews on high-profile commercial/multi-family/industrial jobs
- Oversee schedules, safety, and quality
- Mentor apprentices & junior electricians
- Hands-on leadership in fast-paced environments
- Lift up to 50 lbs & work in varied conditions
