About The Position

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, in Clute, TX is looking for an Industrial Services Foreman / Crew Lead to join their safety conscious team! The IS Foreman is responsible for two or more crews by planning, leading, organizing, and coordinating the daily operations of the service line crew. This includes responsibility for the proper operation of equipment, driving operational efficiencies at the work site and ensuring accurate documentation related to the job is completed in a timely fashion. Ensures compliance with all Company policies/procedures and maintains/improves good customer relations by providing quality, timely industrial cleaning services. Transitioning Military, this is a great opportunity to leverage your skills and training as you return to civilian life.

Requirements

Ability to plan, lead, organize, and coordinate daily operations of a service line crew.
Skills in operating equipment properly.
Ability to drive operational efficiencies.
Proficiency in completing accurate job documentation in a timely fashion.
Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
Customer service skills to maintain and improve customer relations.
Experience in providing quality, timely industrial cleaning services.
