About The Position

The Industrial Cleaning Foreman will manage the day-to-day activities of a team of 7 industrial cleaning laborers and is responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of cleaning services performed at the assigned location. This role involves supervising crews performing high-pressure water blasting, vacuum truck work, and general cleanup in a plant-based setting. The Foreman will also be responsible for organizing crews, delegating tasks, ensuring equipment availability, driving and pulling equipment to various locations, engaging with clients and vendors, demonstrating services, enforcing safety regulations, acting as a liaison for site leadership, and developing a high-performing team.

Requirements

• Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in the construction/industrial field with some management experience.
• Knowledgeable of different high-pressure hydro blast equipment including the different tips and pressures ranging from 10,000 psi- 40,000 psi.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working understanding of safety principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams and Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to problem solve and develop solutions.
• Follows directions of manager / lead / superintendent and clarifies responsibilities if needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of a crew involving high pressure water blasting, vacuum truck work and general cleanup, etc. in a plant-based setting.
• Organize crews, delegate job responsibilities, and verify that all appropriate equipment is available onsite to complete the job safely.
• Driving and pulling equipment to various regional locations.
• Engages with prospects and clients and vendors to determine their needs, recommending services that align with these requirements.
• Demonstrates the functionality and benefits of services tailored to customer needs, emphasizing practical value and application.
• Enforce jobsite safety to comply with all OSHA regulations and the hth companies' Safety Program.
• Actively champions a positive workplace and safety culture.
• Acts as a liaison for all site leadership in their region and maintains positive client relations.
