About The Position
The HVAC Foreman takes an active role, stepping in with hands-on tasks when needed to keep projects on track and teams working efficiently. From supervising and delegating tasks to managing workflows and paperwork, they’re the go-to for getting things done.
Requirements
- Strong HVAC experience and knowledge of the trade
- Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot HVAC systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and getting the job done right
- Required HVAC licenses/certifications as applicable
Nice To Haves
- Foreman or crew-lead experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead an HVAC crew and keep the job moving safely and efficiently
- Read plans and coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower
- Work hands-on with your crew to install, troubleshoot, and complete HVAC systems
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and other trades
- Train apprentices and hold your crew to high standards for safety and quality
- Track daily progress, hours, and jobsite documentation
