About The Position

NEXT Electric, LLC is seeking a full-time Commercial Electrical Foreman in Madison, Wisconsin. This position requires candidates to be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship. The Foreman will supervise and coordinate activities of assigned craft workers, plan labor requirements, and interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders. Responsibilities include confirming completion and documentation of project Daily/Weekly/Monthly safety activities reporting, inspecting quality and quantity of finished work to ensure conformance to specifications, and interpreting company policies to workers while enforcing safety regulations and proper care for tools and equipment. The role also involves analyzing and resolving work problems and complying with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

6-10 years recent commercial electrical or related experience
3 years electrical supervisory experience
Current Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician License
OSHA 30 or ability to obtain
Knowledge of NEC and Electrical Theory
Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, drug test, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship

Nice To Haves

70E NFP Certification or related awareness training preferred, not required
