About The Position

NEXT Electric, LLC is seeking a full-time Commercial Electrical Foreman in New Berlin, Wisconsin. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or work authorization support. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship.

Supervises and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers, plans labor requirements. Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for area of supervision. Confirms completion & documentation of project Daily/Weekly/Monthly safety activities reporting. Inspects quality and quantity of finished work to ensure conformance to specifications. Interprets company policies to workers enforcing safety regulations, and proper care for tools and equipment. Analyzes and resolves work problems. Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 6-10 years recent commercial electrical or related experience
• 3 years electrical supervisory experience
• Current Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician License
• OSHA 30 or ability to obtain
• Knowledge of NEC and Electrical Theory
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, drug test, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.

Nice To Haves

• 70E NFP Certification or related awareness training preferred, not required
