Requirements

  • Experience in a Joint Staff or Combatant Command environment
  • Experience synchronizing cross-functional stakeholders, integrating inputs, and driving foreign engagement efforts from concept development to mission execution
  • Ability to work independently, meet short deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and develop and maintain relationships across the IC, DoW, and partners
  • Ability to support multinational forums
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in strategic engagement, or 12+ years of experience in strategic engagement in lieu of a degree

  • Experience with organizational leadership
  • Experience with data analysis and assessment processes
  • Knowledge of the Joint targeting process
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in person and in writing
  • Completion of Formal Joint planning education such as a service-level Advanced Planning School or Intelligence or Operational Planning Programs
