We are currently looking for a Foreign Military Sales Analyst/Management Analyst, Journeyman to support our Patuxent River, Maryland customer.

Requirements

  • Three (3) to (10) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Two (2) years of experience in a business or technical position with FMS, Cooperative Programs and/or Security Assistance experience related to program requirements, schedules and performs other related tasks in support of FMS pre-case, case execution, reconciliation and case closure activities.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Lead for various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs.
  • Supports program requirements, program schedules and performs other related tasks in support of FMS pre-case, case execution, reconciliation and case closure activities, in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance.
  • Assist the Program/Case Manager in the execution of all assigned program activities.
  • Participate in meetings to support program objectives and the Program/Case Manager.
  • Analyzes program requirements, status, budget and schedules.
  • Performs program management, technical, or business case analyses.
  • Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings.
  • Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs for FMS requirements.
  • Tracks program/project status and schedules.
  • Applies policies and procedures for financial planning.
  • Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
  • Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
  • Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
  • Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/ weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
  • Tracks program/project status and schedules.
  • Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
