About The Position

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Foreign Military Sales Analyst to support our customer in Huntsville, AL. This role is responsible for assisting in the management of complex Foreign Military Sales (FMS)/Foreign Military Financing (FMF) efforts. The analyst will be instrumental in reviewing Requests for Information (RFIs) and Letters of Request (LORs) for system and platform information pertaining to AH-64 Apache. They will coordinate with Program Management Offices (PMOs), industry, and other commands to assist in the generation of LORs & Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs) in response to a foreign entity or Combatant Commands (COCOM) request. The position also involves providing support for foreign visits requests to the U.S. in anticipation of meetings related to platform, tracking all assets in Repair and Return (R&R), monitoring all reports for Performance Based Logistics (PBL) Windows and reporting back to the customer, attending and briefing the customer on Sustainment cases during meetings and Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and responding to taskers related to FMS/FMF funding. The analyst will ensure obligation plans are documented properly, review goals and provide recommendations to confirm funds are executed in accordance with plans, and draft memorandums of request for Action Items. They will coordinate LOA response documents as necessary within the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), assist in preparing updates for Case Management Application (CMA) reports, and prepare material for Country briefings, reports, and memorandums. Additionally, the role includes assisting in planning, executing, and taking minutes at PMRs and other meetings.

Responsibilities

Assisting in the management of complex Foreign Military Sales (FMS)/Foreign Military Financing (FMF) efforts.
Reviewing Requests for Information (RFIs) and Letters of Request (LORs) for system and platform information pertaining to AH-64 Apache.
Coordinating with the Program Management Offices (PMOs), industry, and other commands to assist in the generation of LORs & Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOAs) in response to a foreign entity or Combatant Commands (COCOM) request.
