Foreclosure Specialist
About The Position
Compu-Link is searching for a Foreclosure Specialist with experience in a mortgage servicing or default firm setting. Foreclosure Specialists are responsible for the accurate and timely processing of foreclosure proceedings including but not limited to working with non-judicial foreclosure commissioners, responding to inquiries from borrower/heirs, database system updates, and management escalations when appropriate. This position is an onsite role in Tulsa, OK. where the work will be performed. It requires the mandatory successful completion of a federal background check to include criminal background check, credit check, and fingerprinting.

Nice To Haves
- Some college preferred
- Legal/Paralegal background a plus
- Understanding of foreclosure and evictions process is preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete thorough case review and proceed accordingly to ensure compliance with the federal non-judicial foreclosure process and HUD guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date entries in all appropriate required systems to ensure accuracy of the data.
- Receive and resolve correspondence from borrowers, interested third parties, regarding foreclosure.
- Provide regular reporting to management regarding case review, portfolio assessment, and completion of foreclosure metrics.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information and interactions.
- Adhere to all established company policies and procedures.
