Currently, we have a Foreclosure Specialist role for Financial Services company in North Dallas, TX. The Foreclosure Specialist is responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include: Conduct quality assurance reviews of all data entered against source documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with foreclosure procedures. Enter data and documents into the internal case management system for items related to the completion of foreclosure files. Review open files as they are received and verify data against source documents; make corrections as necessary. This includes Deeds of Trust, Property Title Reports, dockets, pleadings, and other related documents. Communicate with appropriate contacts to resolve questions, inconsistencies, and missing information. Follow up on missing items to ensure they are received within client-required foreclosure timelines and in accordance with the internal foreclosure sale calendar. Ensure all required notices and documents are prepared, received, mailed, and recorded in accordance with client, company, investor, state, and government agency guidelines. Prepare and mail Notices of Acceleration and Notices of Application to Foreclose, as well as Motions and Orders of Foreclosure, and file all required documents with the appropriate court and/or county. Escalate issues to internal and external parties as necessary regarding legal and foreclosure proceedings. Respond to escalated inquiries from clients, debtors and debtors’ attorneys, vendors, and staff regarding internal and external processes. Update client systems with documents and message details in accordance with client-specific work standards. Promptly identify situations requiring attorney or management review or action. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
