Requirements

  • Must pass pre-employment screening and undergo government suitability investigation.
  • Strong written communication skills; this role is primarily case administration and does not involve borrower phone calls, but you'll communicate regularly with law firms and teammates via email and instant messaging.
  • Solid general computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint); you'll be trained on our internal proprietary case management system, and prior exposure to any loan servicing platform is a plus but not expected.
  • Comfort with deadlines and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
  • A self-starter mindset – someone who takes ownership of their queue and looks for ways to improve the process, not just follow it.

Nice To Haves

  • 0-3 years of experience in real estate, title, property management, or foreclosure preferred — but not required. We provide training to set you up for success, so if you're a fast learner ready to dig in, we want to hear from you.
  • Prior exposure to any loan servicing platform is a plus but not expected.

  • Track and record events that pause, reinstate, or resolve a case (bankruptcy filings, reinstatements, payoffs, loss-mitigation holds) and update case status accordingly.
  • Coordinate document requests between client and assigned law firms to close gaps such as missing assignments, title issues, or incomplete referral packages.
  • Maintain thorough, well-organized case notes.
  • Compile monthly status reports for management and client review.
  • Flag and escalate any cases at risk of missing timelines.
