Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of direct experience working within foreclosure operations, sale/post-sale processing, bankruptcy, or creditor-rights.
  • Deep familiarity with foreclosure auction protocols, post-sale requirements, statutory deadlines, and regional court expectations.
  • Prior experience navigating client scorecards, compliance metrics, and operational audits.
  • Stellar organization, articulate communication, and proactive problem-solving talents.
  • A sharp eye for detail and an unyielding commitment to error-free work.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office.
  • Proven ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-moving, time-sensitive setting.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of experience acting in a team lead, senior specialist, or supervisory capacity is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Perfect Practice or equivalent legal case management systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and supervise the daily tasks of the Foreclosure Sales team to guarantee precision, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal inquiries, processing roadblocks, and complex issue resolution.
  • Draft, verify, and submit foreclosure sale and post-sale documentation, including motions, Praecipes, advertisements of sale, bidding criteria, confirmations, deeds, and surplus funds paperwork.
  • Schedule and align foreclosure sales with judicial bodies, sheriffs, master commissioners, auctioneers, and outside vendors.
  • Monitor critical timelines, pending task queues, and variance reports, taking proactive steps to mitigate delays or operational hazards.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure total alignment with firm benchmarks, client metrics, and local court mandates.
  • Keep legal databases current by inputting meticulous case details across CMS, ICE, Tempo, ADR, and associated platforms.
  • Guide, mentor, and instruct team members while managing new-hire onboarding and updates to standard procedures.
  • Review operational metrics and flag any compliance discrepancies or performance bottlenecks to management.
  • Step in to offer direct, hands-on production support during high-volume periods or staffing gaps.
  • Assist with internal/external audits, client requests, routine reporting, and disputing scorecard downgrades.
  • Spot opportunities to streamline existing workflows and recommend efficiency enhancements.
