About The Position
Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Lube and Maintenance Technician to join their Service team at Kendall Ford of Eugene. This is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands and has an aptitude for mechanics. Technicians are expected to be high-level professionals with strong attention to detail to ensure work is done correctly the first time, maintaining outstanding customer service ratings.
Requirements
- Valid driver license
- Good driving record

- No experience is required as this is an entry-level technician position.
Responsibilities
- Performing basic maintenance on service vehicles, including inspecting, replenishing, draining, and filling fluids and lubricants.
- Balancing and rotating tires.
- Performing vehicle inspections.
- Completing basic brake repairs.
- Documenting all work per manufacturer and Kendall standards.
- Operating a wide variety of vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions.
