Requirements

  • Heavy line automotive technician experience required
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, production‑oriented environment
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Ford and/or Lincoln vehicles preferred
  • ASE certifications are preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, drivetrains, and related systems
  • Perform advanced mechanical repairs and troubleshooting
  • Use manufacturer diagnostic tools to identify complex issues
  • Document diagnostic procedures and repairs accurately
  • Work closely with service advisors to explain repair needs and recommendations
  • Follow manufacturer specifications and dealership quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Participate in ongoing Ford and Lincoln technical training
