Requirements
- Automotive body or collision repair experience required
- Ability to perform repairs independently with attention to detail
- Knowledge of proper body repair techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a production‑oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Ford and/or Lincoln vehicles preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform structural and non‑structural collision repairs
- Repair and replace body panels, components, and related assemblies
- Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and dealership quality standards
- Accurately document repair work and procedures performed
- Work closely with estimators to ensure repair accuracy
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Participate in training and skill development as required
