As a Ford Commercial Truck Salesperson at Hiller Ford, you will partner directly with business owners and fleet decision-makers to understand their needs, recommend the right vehicle solutions, and build lasting customer relationships. Requirements

  • Previous commercial vehicle, automotive, fleet, or B2B outside sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Understanding of fleet, retail, leasing, and commercial vehicle sales processes is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Ford commercial vehicles, towing, payload, and upfit solutions is helpful.
  • Professional appearance and strong customer-service mindset.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, smartphones, and sales technology.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with commercial, fleet, retail, and leasing customers.
  • Prospect for new business through outside sales, referrals, networking, community events, and digital outreach.
  • Help customers select the right Ford commercial vehicles, including F-Series trucks, Transit vans, chassis cabs, and specialty vehicles.
  • Recommend upfit solutions, accessories, and vehicle configurations based on each customer’s business needs.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations at the dealership and customer locations.
  • Coordinate with sales management, finance, service, and upfit partners to deliver a smooth buying experience.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
  • Represent Hiller Ford professionally with local businesses and at community or trade events.
