About The Position

Careerflow Human Data Labs is seeking filmmakers, videographers, studios, and agencies to contribute footage to Video Maestro, a project that trains AI systems to understand how people move, act, and interact in the real world. Contributors provide professionally shot video of real people in action, including footage from existing archives, and are paid for each accepted hour of footage. Contributors select footage featuring continuous movement and changing scenes, verify that clips meet the project requirements, submit a short sample, and complete onboarding that includes an ID check, phone verification, and agreements. They then upload the full footage through a secure link and retain raw files in case they are requested during review. Footage must show people in action and meet the stated technical and content requirements. Contributors must own the footage or have the legal right to license it for AI training, and identifiable people must have agreed to be filmed and licensed. Contributors retain ownership of their videos; accepted footage is licensed to Careerflow under the Video Footage License and Use Acknowledgment. Pay is $20 per accepted hour of footage, with no volume cap. Payment is made after review, within one month of upload.
