About The Position

Metz Culinary Management is seeking passionate Culinary and Hospitality Team Members for full and part-time roles in a busy hospital setting. This is a great opportunity for Culinary Grads. Metz Culinary Management offers competitive wages, benefits, and a Daily Pay option. Team Members will learn various aspects of the Dining Services Industry, including plating, setting up and tearing down dining areas, and assisting in the kitchen with prep, dishwashing, and inventory. Patient Food Servers ensure patients receive meals with excellent service and smiles, assisting with meal selection, tray setup, delivery, and removal, focusing on hospitality and compassion. Line and Prep Cooks prepare delicious meals following menus, manage inventory, and assist in kitchen operations. Hospitality experience is desired, and a SMILE is required.

Ability to apply elementary mathematical statistics that would apply to inventory and portioning

Experience desired but we are willing to train candidates with a passion for food and understands the basics
Experience in resort would be ideal but willing to train the right person with a passion for food
Hospitality experience is desired

Responsibilities

Plating food
Set up and tear down of café, restaurant, retail areas
Assist in kitchen to include prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation
Ensure patients receive in-room meals with unexpected service and smiles
Assist with meal selection, tray set up, delivery and removal of food trays
Prepare and present meals following Executive Chef Menus
