As a Region Manager (RM) within North America Foodservice (NAF), you will lead, coach, and develop a team of eight sales professionals with a clear focus on driving growth and exceeding sales targets. In this role, you will be responsible for building and executing a regional strategy that aligns with our Zone, National, and Segment goals. You will partner closely with your team to cultivate strong customer relationships, sell across our broad product portfolio, and deliver value-driven solutions in the marketplace. In this geography, you will manage a team that handles national distributors (Sysco, USF, PFS, and GFS) as well as management of the largest independent distributor (Labatt ) along with 7 of the Top 10 school Districts in Texas. This established region is well-positioned for steady, sustainable growth. To maximize performance, we are seeking a leader who can effectively manage a go-to-market strategy, set clear team expectations, and navigate evolving market dynamics—ultimately positioning General Mills for continued success across all Foodservice channels.
