About The Position

Supervises personnel engaged in the assembly, transportation, and serving of patient food trays and nourishments. Participates in quality assessment and continuous quality improvement activities. Ensures compliance with all appropriate safety and infection control standards. Performs all job duties and responsibilities in a courteous and customer-focused manner according to the Hurley Family Standards of Behavior and Management Code of Conduct.

Requirements

• Works under the direct supervision of the Director of Nutrition Services or designee who reviews work for effectiveness.
• Exercises working supervision over a number of food service personnel.
