The Village of Ridgeview Court has an exciting opportunity for a Food Services Manager to join their team. This is a permanent full-time position located at 545 Dymott Avenue, Milton, Ontario, with an expected start date of August 1, 2026. The hiring range for this role is $59,740 to $63,300. Requirements
- Proven experience in large quantity food preparation and food purchasing, including financial planning.
- Experience leading and inspiring a large food services team in a unionized environment.
- Familiarity with Ontario Food Premises Regulation, CCHSA, Ontario Long Term Care Facility Program manual, Long Term Care Homes Act, and OH&S Act.
- Active membership in the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management (C.S.N.M.).

Responsibilities
- Support and embrace the resident-centered social culture and deliver the highest quality of hospitality services to residents.
- Lead and support the food service team with hands-on training, coaching, and leadership.
- Maintain the food services department to exceed Public Health and Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care standards.
- Ensure that diet and nutritional requirements are met and regular assessments are completed.
- Plan and support catering functions in the Village.
- Create an enhanced dining experience for residents.
- Manage purchasing, department schedules, and payroll duties.
