Under direct supervision, provides routine assistance in the preparation and serving of food. This position involves preparing food following recipes and portion control standards, measuring and combining ingredients for quantity preparation, and utilizing various kitchen utensils, appliances, and heavy/industrial equipment. The role also includes serving food courteously, transporting food items, washing and sanitizing kitchenware, cleaning work areas, and assisting with special events and other food service staff as needed.
