About The Position
The Food Service Worker performs a variety of patient and non-patient food service duties. Tasks include preparing and delivering patient trays, servicing the cafeteria, working on the tray line, stocking storage areas, preparing nourishments, washing dishes and pots, mopping and sweeping floors, and emptying trash, along with other related duties.
Requirements
- County-specific Food Handlers certification is required upon hire and must be kept current.
Nice To Haves
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, subject to the county-specific requirement effective July 1, 2017.
Responsibilities

- Service the cafeteria and work on the tray line.
