About The Position
Encino Hospital Medical Center, a member of the Prime Healthcare Foundation, is a 150-bed hospital in Encino, California, serving a diverse population through inpatient and outpatient services. The Food Service Worker performs patient and non-patient food service duties, including preparing and delivering patient trays, supporting cafeteria operations and the tray line, stocking storage areas, preparing nourishments, washing dishes and pots, cleaning floors, and emptying trash.
Requirements
- County-specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and must be maintained as current.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, for hires starting July 1, 2017 or later.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver patient trays.
